I just picked up three mums for $13 at ketells greenhouse near Falls, Pa. Average price, but the plants were huge and full of buds. They almost block the entrance to our house!

The ones I got in previous years would have been dwarfed by them...... but the ones from previous years have returned, so I'm thinking these might be one year wonders. In any case they look like they'll be amazing when the blooms open and I'm just so pleased with my purchase.

Usually I like to buy them at Perennial Point in Plains, but the flood had them under 12 feet of water and they're still in the process of cleaning up and rebuilding. I think they have more important things on their mind than chrysanthemums.
