I think it may be a common cross known as p.loefrengii x caerulea. Very pretty.

I would vote for the related hybrid between P. kermesina and P. caerulea, P. 'Amethyst' or P. 'Lavender Lady'. It's been around for a lot longer so there's a lot more of it out there.

A surprisingly high percentage of the ID questions on this forum are for that hybrid, probably because so many succeed with it.
