NE Pa fall plant sales

I don't know who will see this (this forum seems to be awfully quiet lately)but I wanted to mention that this upcoming weekend will be the closing weekend for Perennial Point in Plains. Usually when they close for the season it means 75% off, but no guarantees! Hopefully when I post next week I can report back on a few new treasures that I will add to the garden before the ground freezes (actually I will probably overwinter them in an unheated shed.

Right now I have my eye on a few rhododendrons, blueberries and maybe a couple new perennials. Maybe I'll try a new viburnum or hellebore (although last time I checked all the doubles were gone).

-that reminds me I have to be on the lookout for trilliums and I'm sure I will pick up a hellebore x eric smithii (I saw a bunch of them still there, and will thank myself when they start blooming in March!)

Most years a new bannana or elephant ear follows me home too. It's a weakness I still haven't outgrown.
