Wow! That would be too much if it weren't already so dry to begin with. That will fill the creeks and ponds a bit. We only got about an inch and lots of lightening.

We got nothing out of that one but got 2 inches last night and no winds to speak of. I wonder where they spotted the tornadoes at Willard. That got our attention!

Glenda, I thought about you when they mentioned Willard on the weather channel. So glad you're okay.

It was a rather wild night here in Joplin (didn't enjoy the weather channel mentioning us, either!), but no wind to speak of -- just very heavy downpour. Had 1.75 inches in the rain gauge.

Hope everyone weathered the storms last night. My rain gauge was between 3 and 3 1/4" this morning. Definately will help fill the ponds.

My total including Friday is now 5.1 inches.

We got 2.3 more inches. No damage here, just lots of hedge apples on the ground.
Glenda - I think the tornado might have been a little west of Willard, not sure. Glad there wasn't any bad damage or at least not that I've heard of. Someone in Republic lost some outbuildings.
