I ran upon this website today and this tomato cobbler looks absolutely yummy. I know it's probably kind of off-topic, but I thought of those of you who had an over-supply of tomatoes this year, and wished I did too. But I have some canned tomatoes I might use to give this recipe a try.

We are having rain today, supposed to get about a week of cold weather and some rain/snow mix or sleet. Oh, goody.
