Perennial Geraniums in the Ozarks

I am wondering how these plants do for all of you. So far, I am unimpressed. I just have two varieties, Nimbus and one I raised from seed called Freckles (I think). Everyone over on the Perennials forum just rave about these plants, especially Rozanne, which I have thought about trying. Christie, it is so expensive because it is a Bloom of England plant and he must have a patent on it. Bluestone has a special section for his plants. Not all English plants do well in our area I have found out.

I know they do well in the upper Midwest, but how about down here.

Any experience with them? thanks.
