More Visitors to the Feeder

I was finally able to get a few pictures of the sparrows; they are much more flighty than the goldfinches.

In order top to bottom are White Crowned Sparrow; Harris Sparrow (with the black bib); two of juvenile White Crowned Sparrows and last, the American Goldfinch.

Nice photos!
I see white crowned sparrows at our feeders too but didn't realize the ones with brown stripes are juveniles. I had been wondering what tbey were. : )

Your photos are to wonderful.
The american goldfinch is so pretty. I like they way they look.
Can you tell I like the colorful one, lol??

No, it is just the camera doing it's thing. I should read the book and try to master it...........but it is so boring.

The average person would be put to sleep w/our gardening books.

It looks like your new feeder is a great success. I need to try to identify the sparrows. I do know the white crowned but don't distinguish the others. Looks like we have some bird feeding weather coming.
