The yellow ones belong to Gulf Fritillary, the caterpillars are orange. I am not sure about the other eggs.

A follow-up. The eggs have hatched. After extensive research and a post to some good folks at a bug identification website that I frequent, I can positively say I have caterpillars of both species. I am just going to let them live. I can't bring myself to destroy them and chances are, they won't survive long on their own as adults up here, so there is little chance of invasion (although I would never consider them invasive, even if they are not native here).
