Do different varieties prefer different watering levels. I've been told not to water they like it dry and I've read that you need to water daily. I have a Ruby Glow Passiflora phoenicea that suddently took off with shoots when I started watering it every day instead of once a week. Also, why are they not blooming? Sorry for my ignorance and all the questions. I'm a newbie, obviously. My grandfather had Caerulea and I've been trying to renew the tradition.

The only passies that I water daily are those I have in containers and only if it's very hot out. They definitely don't like "wet feet". It the site where they are planted well draining? I really don't know what the problem might be if it's not related to watering. A pic would help.
