Hi Wildvines. Thanks, by the way, for your suggestions about my seedlings on the other thread. As for your Witchcraft, I'll throw in one quick thought.

I learned recently from Eric and Crystal (also on this forum frequently, hi guys!), that when you trim away some of the less active side growth on passiflora vines, the active vines will thank you for it by staying healthier and sometimes flowering more. You might want to try cutting away any suckers at the bottom or dead-end vines further up and waiting a few months. Your plant just may reward you for the haircut!

You are a godsend! I want to see this flower so bad & it is the nicest looking vine I have. Well I wanted a good reason to play around with rootings, and you have given me a very good reason to do so. And you are welcome about your seedlings. I found that one out the hard way. lol

I've had a Witchcraft in my garden for about 3 or 4 years. It blooms every year, but it's not nearly as heavy a bloomer as others in my garden in the same conditions.

We have had Witchcraft for about 7 or 8 years now, and have had it bloom every year as well. However, there are a few caveats: For one, it only blooms from late summer to mid-fall, being just starting it's first flowers now. It is possible that it has just not started yet.

More importantly, we have it in multiple places, and the only one that performs in flowering is the one that has full sun, which seems to make the plant ugly. The ones in shade and partial sun look lush and green, but don't bloom, or do so very little. It's not a hard decision to choose flowers over leaves, but it does kinda' stink that I had to make the choice, and unfortunately I think that may be the trade-off.

Out of curiosity, where did you get this plant?
