Thanks for going that extra mile and spreading the seed.

Hopefully some of us that received seed from you can share with others who ask in the future.

You've spread a lot of genetic material all over. Locally, there will be more than a handful of people who will get seed from me off these peppers next summer/fall.

I haven't received my seeds yet, but thanks for the effort. It's much appreciated.

I had sent you an email on Dec. 13th telling you the seeds came while I was in the hospital. Did you get that email?

I was able to start two of them in my greenhouse and have germination already. I only planted three seeds of two varieties, the Kaleidoscope and the Costeno Amarillo. I have three seeds coming up in both pots.

Thank you again for doing this. I very much appreciate you helping me get started on a variety of hot peppers.

John - I don't remember what day I mailed it, but I have been to Mexico and back since then. Guess Carnival Cruise Line is faster than the US Post Office. LOL

The latest it could have been mailed was 20 December so I would think it should have been there by now. I mailed several offers and swaps at the same time and have them back.

This is the first time I have had problems getting things out of here although I have had trouble receiving mail. In my neighborhood we have another house that has exactly the same address as ours except that one is Road and the other Lane. They mix that up a lot. Last week I got a call from the PO saying they couldn't deliver a package to me because I didn't have a mailbox. (I have had the same one for 7 years). I went to the PO to pick it up and they couldn't find it and then told me that there was no such address as the one I had given them........then they found the package. The package had two annotations on it. The first one said "on 621 Road" which is wrong. The 2nd one said, "the house is vacant but they are home". (Neither house is vacant) So that was three different stories from them. And the worse part, ...........it wasn't even seeds......and was my husbands package. LOL

John - Thanks again for your work. I will send you an update in the spring as to how your seeds are growing. If I do well with them, I will make seeds available next fall. I think we benefactors should share some of the load.

Well John, Maybe you will get my bubble envelope in order to fill it with next years crop. LOL

If and when it ever arrives, it has 12 little plastic bags with the names of the peppers printed on labels and stuck inside the bags, and the postage to send it back.

It has not come back to me, so guess it just got lost somewhere in between. I hand carried it to the PO here.

Last year I got a notice that I hadn't paid my water bill. I looked through everything and decided they were right, so I went down and paid it. That was in April. In September, I finally got the bill in my mail.

I suppose that I could have done something dumb and not put the right address or something, but if so I would expect it to be returned.

I do appreciate your offer just the same and maybe I can get some if you offer again. Thanks. Carol
