My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does anyone out there grow Gracilis?

I'd like to.. Have managed to get a few seeds, but they don't seem to want to sprout. I thought if I got more then I might have a better chance, but...

Do they need to be stratified or something? Am I missing some "they won't sprout if" gem of knowledge?
