Looks good! At that young age any replanting could do some damage to the plant since the roots are fragile and the plant doesn't like root disturbances so you might lose one or 2 but the strong ones will survive.
They are small palms but in a couple of years will get pretty big! I bought one in 2004 that is about the size of yours now and it's 3 feet tall. I don't think it will get that much taller than that.

Hi Bouldergrower, I have several Parlor Palms in my house. I'm not sure what Zone you're in, but here in central Fl., they will grow outside, under some shade. They do very well as an indoor palm too. In their native regions of south america/Mexico, they grow as a solitary palm. You should try to single a couple out. they look good in a pot by themselves. I love this palm because it is quite easy to grow, and deal with neglect well. They can get about 6 or 7 foot tall.

A year after purchase the palms are doing fine. The smaller palms on the right succumbed to mealy bugs and I didn't notice them until it was really too late to do anything so I threw them in the compost.

The pot of palms was worth $4.98. The survivors are now in three pots.
