If I were to cut off new growth at the end of a passion vine (it's relatively small), would it continue to try and grow from the end or would it put out leaves in other parts (there is Y and one one part there's all these leaves and on the other part there are two tiny leaves with another emerging from between them, but haven't grown in over three weeks). And would this also encourage flowers? THANKS!
