Hi Krstofer. I have a very limited knowledge of passiflora and only one unopened bud image. I'll post it but have no idea if it's one of the varieties you are looking for. Do you have any other flower tats? If so you should post a pic of them.

Very cool tat. I love looking at them and can appreciate the artistry but I could never get one. I'm way too afraid of the pain, especially something that big. It must have hurt like h*ll! It that a picture of CD spinal rods in the middle?

Krs, I have citrina and sanguinolenta growing and budding right now...
I don't know how to post pictures (stop laughing) but I found this on DG of a citrina bud, and can verify that mine always look like this:
