What's amatter with my Antioquiensis?

My antioquiensis is sick.
The leaves look just fine when they're young.. But as they grow the edges seem to dry out, then eventually the whole thing dries up & falls off.
The rest of the plant seems healthy.. It's trying to grow, but that leaf problem keeps happening. Haven't had a mature leaf form in about 6 months.

I've checked for insects, can't find any.. But I wonder could it be a soil pest or something?
