That is fantastic. The fruit I ripened, though, I must admit, were a diffeent color! Mine were nowwhere near that robust of a yellow; rather the color was more like "incense fruit". You have an excellent specimen Carlo. Well done!

Hey, folks, do you think this variety will grow in Phoenix, AZ? We are in USDA zone 9, I think 9b. Hellish summers, but I have a flood irrigated yard, lots of full sun spots, some partially shaded and some full shade. Don't encourage me if you think this is not the plant for this climate. Oddly enough, I can't find any of the plants typically planted here, just ones I don't know. Thanks for any advice.

With proper water and sun this should do MARVELOUS in your climate. Please plant one!

You saying that yellow pod came from a passion flower? WOW!!! I had no idea! My Pennsylvania plant...I was lucky to get a handfull of flowers. WOW! cant wait to see what happens this year. Thanks so much for sharing.
