I only have this second hand, but heard that it was very badly damaged and may be dead.

Windmill palms all around Washington, DC took a bad hit from this winter and even palms inside the city (including my own) are in rough shape. Some people are starting to report new growth on their palms but I've heard no good news from the outer suburbs--and Sterling is certainly one of the colder parts of the region.

If it wasn't dead last winter, it is now!

I'm wondering how that one is doing as well. This winter was a rough one for sure, but the older a palm is the more cold tolerance it tends to show and faster it recovers so maybe there's some hope for it.
