Indoor Mango Leaf problems

About a year ago a decided to plant a mango seed. Up until it grew about a foot tall, it was in a 12 inch pot. Two months ago i transplanted it into a 15 inch pot. I couldn't save all the roots though. Ever since i transplanted it, the leaves seem to be drying up at the tips and margins. Some leaves even developed dry/brown spots on them. I have noticed every day it seems to get worse just by a little bit until the whole leaf dies. I thought I may have been underwatering it, but the soil stays moist for about 2 weeks. Someone told me it could be a salt problem so I flushed the soil out with alot of water but it doesn't seem to get better. I also thought this could be a fungus so i sprayed the whole tree with a fungicide every 7-10 days which totalled between 5-10 applications. Could this be transplant shock? OR could this be a fungus, bacteria, chemical burn, water stress, or just leaves normal life cycle? Any help will be appreciated!

I have included photos but u may have to look hard for the discoloration in some of them. The last picture is the whole tree, which to me, looks healthy from a distance
