I have a huge plumeria that has a strange white substance on the branches. It isn't sticky and it isn't bugs. It almost looks like some sort of fungus. It's white and if you run your fingers over it it flakes off. The leaves are turning yellow and brown and fall off to the touch. All of my other orchids are healthy and do not have this on them! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
