selling canary island date palm

we are in San Francisco bay area. We have a 35 ft canary island date palm in our front yard, mature, straight and easy access.

we read that we could sell it for money or get rid of it without cost but we contacted some company and almost all are not interested.

Has anyone have any experience in selling or getting rid of palm? any recommendation for companies?
