Could it be annual Bluegrass in your hand, and Bermuda just above it?

I know the one above is Bermuda. Sorry I was talking about the grass on the right in the first pic.
I've never seen blue grass grow in clumps. does it?
It's really hard to take pics of grass :).

Usually, at least down here in southern OK, the annual bluegrass goes dormant in May or early June because it is a cool-season grass. If you've had lots of rain and abnormally cool weather, that explains why it greened up again and is trying to grow.

We called that stuff Cheat Grass
