I talked to the gardnenweb admins and they are suppose to give me access to the FAQ page, but its been four days and still no access.

That is great news! It will be wonderful to have the map in the FAQ so that we don't lose it.

I bet they're just busy and haven't around to doing whatever they have to do to give you access to the FAQs. Hopefully giving you access is on somebody's "To Do" list.

Danged Vista vs. Windows XP! I have Windows XP at work and can see the map but I'm blocked from moving around the site. At home where I have Vista...the whole site is almost a blank page. I hope they add it to the FAQ so maybe I can actually see it!

Stacey - that's why I asked you to add me. I promise, I'm not lazy! Just "challenged"! I've really gotta follow-up on the Windows 7 upgrade that was promised when I bought this new tower last year.

Paula - found this in the help document for mapme.com.

At the time of writing, MAPme.com still works best on Firefox. If you don't have a copy get one (you can download it for free from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ . It's a million times better than Internet Explorer. Having said that, we realize that 75% of the world (or more) are still in the dark ages of internet browsing - we are doing our best to continually optimize the site for viewing in IE, Opera and Safari.

I've apparently got p-mac's problem; I can see the map, but not get myself listed. I have disabled the firewall in XP and Mozilla, at least temporarily enabled *every* stinking script the site wants to throw at me (why would advertising.com need to know where I want to put a hot spot?), and yet still, when I click "edit" the map fogs over in gray, freezes up and absolutely nothing happens. I give up. I'm putting back my firewalls, revoking permission for all their insidious scripts and throwing in the towel.

However, if someone who *is* able to get that lousy site to do anything would be so kind as to put a mark for this littledog down in Bowlegs, I'd be much obliged.
