This is my first time growing peppers (or anything, for that matter), and I've got some seeds sprouted and a basic setup going, but now I have a few questions:

How much time does it normally take after the seed is fully sprouted for first true leaves to emerge? I had some seeds sprout about 2 weeks ago, and haven't seen them do anything since.

Also, how soon after the seeds are fully sprouted should I start fertilizing?

I am growing in a mix of 5 parts pine bark fines, 1 part peat moss, 2 parts perlite/pumice, with some dolimitic lime thrown in there.
