Kostas_G do you mean how tall is the plant? About 1.5 meters from the top of the pot, as the whole plant is about 1.8m and is the same height as me.

I have a cutting of one that I planted in the garden at my old house that has a bushing habit (had multiple growth points from very early on and has four growth points around the flower bud), it has a bud on it but I fear it won't make it in time for the season change.

Very nice Pete! At 1,5m it must be stunning and a great height to start branching so that its branches clear the head :)

How big are its flowers?

The flowers are around 40mm at the moment so quite small, the tree is already well branched due to previous failed late flowering attempts.
Unfortunately the flowers seem to fade quickly to almost white in our harsh sun.

Thank you very much Pete! Do you think the flowers will get bigger in subsequent flowerings? That is generally what most complain of their seedlings,that the flowers are small...Seem quite beautiful though!

I imagine the flowers will get bigger, I have had other plants start small, not too worried about size, fading in the sun is more of an issue for me!

Hmm,I see. The contrast with the newly opened ones must look good though!
Have you tried part day sun? May not grow as fast as it could but if it helps with fading it might be worth it.
