When I pulled off the seed coats on my seeds many of them were still completely white. Within 3 days they had all turned a nice bright to dark green. I only have 2 seeds that are a light green, but I think that's just how they're supposed to be.

I would give it a few days to green up. If it's leaves are fully exposed to light and it hasn't turned green then yes it's an albino. From what I've read albino's are rare and none have ever survived past a week or so, but I still wouldnt give up on it till it's fully dead.

I have on seed that I broke almost the entire tiny root off when I was removing the seed coat. I wasn't very gentle with the first few I was messing with. I still planeted it anyway with the 2 parts gently held together on the off chance that it would still be viable. I haven't messed with it since and the leaves have turened green and started to open up. I'm not giving up on it until it's completely rotten.
