That looks to be a very young caterpillar, too young to be able to identify. To help you determine if this is a real problem, I would need to know what kind of plants you're finding these on. All caterpillars live to eat plants, but very few are major pests.

Are those on your chile plants Caelian. I'd listen to rhizo1 before listening to me; but if I was you, I'd be spraying all my plants with BT for the rest of the season.

Rhizo, you are right it is very young, when I found it was hanging in ummm what they called in English....some kinds of string like spider web was attached to the body, I hope you understand what I meant. So it would be difficult to identify because it looks like just hatched.

Kevin it was not found in the chili plant but it was the place I usually put the containers. My containers are moving around everyday according to the weather.
