Your describing fungus gnats by the way they circle around continuosly but thats not a fungus gnat. Theres a bunch of different kinds and when they get inyour house they bother you by flying around your face and hovering around the sides of your head near the back as far as the peripheal vision allows. They fly up your nose mouth tey land on ccassionly and they try irt seems to be going for your eyes but arent very successful at it but the attempts at trying it so repetitvley will drive you crazy especially if they get into your bedroom which they will. Flesh flies, phorid flies, drain flies , cluster flies are latger than those. To me it looks like a flesh fly but i cant say for sure because i can only see the underside, but flsh flies have a camo like structure on them black or dark lines and greenish pale patches .Anyhow they are hard to get rid of the trash outside your home if any needs to be as far away from yur house as your allowed. Meaning the trash cans. Thats what the flesh flies lie mainly. If you have mold that you dont know about in your home that will cause a infestation of gnats and phorid flies as well where it just seems to yourself like "why do i have these flies i cant get ridof them", alot of times that is a indicator of mold behind your walls in you home

And from my experience what makes them so attracted to you per-se as they do not seem to be so attracted to company or other folks who come around and also may not even make their presence very known at all when others are around. Either way i think that the mold if it were in someones home tey will get some of it in them as well and that would be the reason for the attraction as a n example. correction the camo like structure is not flesh flies i believe thats the cluster flys. I apologize. THE Flesh fly has a checkerboard like design onthe abdomen.
