I dont know about you, but i want my pepper plants to grow in every direction possible to get the biggest plants. Id leave them.

I would leave it alone too. Looks very good. The only pinching out I do is if the plant is becoming leggy and then just the top growing tip

Might try pinching off the bottom 4, Many times you can get extra branches, and extra fruit.

Better start spraying for aphids too

I found out from my neighbor that tomatoes needed to be suckered. I knew tomatoes and peppers were both nightshades so I decided to experiment and pinch their suckers as well. I did it on my own without researching the subject. The pepper plant‘s stems grew so thick and sturdy. My pepper plants bloomed profusely. That year I had the biggest most abundant bell peppers that I had ever grown. Just like the ones in the supermarket. It was amazing!

You don't have anything to pinch, really.
