Hello! I had a fantastic Dracaena Marginata tree in my home that started dropping leaves. Upon inspection, I found mold in the soil. I repotted... but it did not help, soon after the stems of the tree started to rot. Now, I just found another Dracaena Marginata in my home with the same mold. Can anyone help diagnose this problem, help with a solution and perhaps explain why this is happening? Very much appreciated. The current Dracaena Marginata with this problem I've had for 17 years and am concerned I'll loose it. :(
