I have this flame honeysuckle that I had planted last year.This year it was starting off great and then suddenly it is starting to wilt. We did have 2inches of rain last week and I moved the mulch away cause I thought it was too wet. I looked for insects and or bugs but do not see any. Also some of the leaves are yellowing. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thank you so much.
