So does anyone make their own hot sauce? What is the process? Do you throw a bunch of peppers in a blender or food processor, blend away, then strain and collect the liquid? What happens if some splashes in you eye, or gets on your hands? How do they make Pete's hot sauce and all those other ones that just a dap on a cracker makes me wished I'd died?
