I would cut the ones that are soft but also from your picture I would cut off all the leaves and sorry the flowers also. This give them a better chance at growing roots. Remember to water once and then don't water again until they have new leaves. It might take a while before those leaves start growing. Good luck, Barb

I think Barb is right. Defoliate to reduce dehydration. I would wait and see if anyting starts to go bad before cutting. Considering their size they stand a good chance of bouncing back if it is actual dehydration.
