Brown spots on my mint plant

I thought it was some kind of coccidae, but i put it under the microscope and it doesn't look like a bug. When I pop the "bug", it is just brown grainy powder inside, and some brown spots are just spots and not "bugs".
Can anyone recognize what it is?
