Please provide a few clues. You might begin w/ these:
In the ground or pot?
name of plant?
where do you live?
recent weather?

And, even tho close-ups are needed, we also need to see the rest of the plant.

Looks like Vinca minor leaf spot, relatively common and easily encouraged by wet weather or excessive watering. Best treatment is to simply cut back - both the stem tips and the watering :-)
