Curly leafs

Hey guys, I've bought two passionflowers and one of them is having some kind of decease. It simple doesnt grow and has all the leafs kind of curling down.
I've noticed the same behavior on other plants I have so I guess maybe it's some kind of nutritional deficiency.
What do you guys think?
