Its hard to say. Maybe too much of one thing; too little, etc. maybe thrip. I have seen them shrivel up bloom that should last several days pretty quick. Neam oil or a pesticide will clear them up.

If you have fluctuating temps and gray days then the buds and blooms may drop. In So Cal we get June Gloom where it maybe gray for days or weeks. Usually during June gloom I have a lot of aborted inflos, blooms and buds that drop.

If your experienced drastic changes in temps from hot to cold or even warm to cold and gray days this could be the reason.
