Here's the second one... as you can see, there is a pile up of dirt on the left side during the construction phase.

I didn't simply think that the palm tree was dying or so as I overlooked this tree many times while checking the site for the construction.

Just following up here again as no one seems to assess this tree from the photos that I've provided.

Any response about this input would be greatly appreciated!

That palm looks perfectly fine. I don't see anything that would suggest it is dying. It is a little unruly, so a good cleaning of the trunk and an trim of the dead, old fronds would give it a cleaner look.
