I just moved to Miami last month and I've been noticing that the few plumeria trees that grow here seem to have yellowing, sickly looking leaves, sometimes with brown edges and sometimes the leaves curl. Why is this? Is it a nutrient deficiency? Disease or pests? It's really unattractive and I wonder if its one of the reasons not many are planted around here.
