Maui plumeria recommendations?

I'm off to Maui in a few days - are there any plumeria must-sees (or must-buys - LOL) that I should check out while I'm there? John T. told me to scout out the Kaanapali golf course (just for looking!), but I was wondering if anyone else had some recommendations to share.

You should email Doug at Maui plumeria gardens and see if you can tour his nursery. I Dont know if he allows it but can't hurt to ask.

wow...great if you can get in there..I tried to have our local friends that live there work me in and NO go...Dan's in Kehai or Lahaina has a few...I got his Polly's sunset and fabulous. Also, check out the grounds where the Maui Prince used to be by Wailea...I have some cuttings from there and I think they are re-doing the hotel....alohas, roxanne
