Tough to tell from the pic. Do you have a shot of the whole plant? I'm guessing sabal minor, since I see the V in the leaf on the left, and you're obviously standing over it and it has seeds.

THANK YOU ever so much! I love palms & also love germinating seeds. From what I have read, palm seeds are a challenge. I'm up. :-)
Recently got a five gallon bucket of what I believe to b queen palm seeds. Then found out the ripe orange pulp imparts a chemical to keep the seeds from germinating. I guess I didn't research right but I couldn't for the life of me find out exactly what chemical it was &/or if there was any way to neutralize it. So, now on to the next type. Sagos, I know not an actual palm, but still has seeds!, are after this one, well depending on which get ready first.
