Coping material is limestone and the plaster was a light shade of gray. This project was completed over 10 years ago, so I don't have the exact plaster info. The color of the water is also affected and determined by the depth of the pool, water chemistry and obviously the light of the day, so don't get to ficsated on different shades of color like paint on the walls.
