Pepino - Melon Tree

I have some Pepino Melon Trees I have grown them from the seeds. They have grown very well but recently I found some stem disease. It started from 2 plants and now another plant also infected.
It started like this.
Now it changes like this.
This is first time I have grown I do not know how to treat this disease so I am looking for your advice here.
