    We had the contractor match the brick on the exterior of the house, so I do not know the manufacturer or color.

    I can't tell with certainty from just a photo. Here is a photo of our Savannah Grey from 2012. Note the 5% clinker brick that were added.

    Tough to discern from the photo, but due to the differences in colors, I'd guess something in a reclaimed oak or pine. Something that can also be accomplished in a "prefinished" version.

    was white sand used in the brick mortar? or an ivory color?

    Most likely they used an ivory white mortar with white sand. That mortar color is typically used in that area of the country.

    5% of the the brick are clinker brick, which are overfired and distorted as shown in my photo of Savannah Grey.
