Cook's Bay

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else has Cook's Bay and can give me some info on this plant. I bought a big cutting from a lady here in Carlsbad in October of 2010 (I know now that was the wrong time of year). It took 1 1/2 years to root and finally grew a lot of very healthy leaves last year. Now I have two inflos developing and the first bud is about to open. It's mostly a pretty strong yellow with a little red and a very strong wonderful fragrance. With hope, it will open completely in the next few days. I'd love any feedback you guys have. Thanks,

You are very patient.. Wow. It took a longtime to root!! Congratulations on the inflos. Please post picks.

I checked Diana notes and all it said was. " lemon scent, large yellow".

Yes, all is well. We are getting ready to go back to Germany (and Luxemburg) in July which means I won't be here for JJ's open house. I was so hoping to see you again :-(
I also checked Diana's notes, found the same info, then asked her if she personally knows anything else (which she doesn't). She'll look for some pictures, though.
