No. Termites do not have tiny waists. That's how you tell the from winged ants. When ants set ouit to breed and form a new colony, the queen and male ants grow wings.

Plus, the antennae appear to be bent, like a joint (elbow?)....an absolute identification feature.

winter is coming.. i doubt anything need be done ... now that your ruled out the devil ....
