Hi all, i thought I asked this question yesterday, but apparently not. My neem oil bottle is all clogged up, won't spray. I unclogged once and it did it again. Can I apply by hand, rub some on top and underneath leaves? I have to get rid of them! I have a pesticide also by Bayer that says it gets rid of them, should I try it? It's really hot here, i assume i apply in the early a.m. when it's not so hot. i hate those bugs
