On a few of my palm trees I see very short emerging leaf that pretty much die right away. The spear is already dead before its unfolding. I've inherited these trees when I moved to this place about a year ago. The trees are several years old, grow outdoors and seem otherwise fine. Any suggestions what the problem might be are appreciated.
