My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Temps

Well I can say I love this weather. All my palms are still going strong lol. I am nervous because I keep thinking there will be a cold blast but it hasnt happened. Just to be on the safe side we have our winter protection on stand by. My Butia is the one I was most worried about and it is un touched still. If things keep up I will be grilling out on Christmas day lol.
