I'd love to get a dwarf/miniature plumeria but I am having trouble figuring out what I am actually able to grow.
I like the idea of getting a dwarf Singapore white and growing in indoors most of the year, but I don't think my plant area has enough light to sustain a plumeria without dormancy or semi dormancy. The plants are in a basement room with 2 windows high up (one east, one south). I also have 2 T5 HO bulbs that stay within a foot or two of my plants.

It would be wonderful to have an evergreen plumeria blooming and growing all year round, but if it is more likely to croak when it has to spend fall, winter, and spring indoors (thanks Colorado...) I won't even bother trying it. I'd find a deciduous plumeria and let it limp along during the winter with the flowers and bonsai.

What kind of light would plumeria need indoors to be happy? I don't need a big setup, just something for one or two plants.
